Loomly Pricing 2026: Plans, Limits and an Honest Review

Loomly pricing in 2026 comes down to two priced plans and a custom tier. Starter costs $65 a month, or $49 a month billed yearly. Beyond costs $332 a month, or $249 a month billed yearly. Starter covers 12 social accounts and 3 users, and the step to Beyond is large: a team of three on yearly Starter pays $588 a year, and a fourth user pushes it to $2,988.

We checked Loomly's pricing page on October 19, 2026, and every price and limit below comes from it. If you are still deciding which tool to shortlist, our Planable, Loomly and Kontentino alternatives guide compares the wider field. This page sticks to what Loomly costs, what each plan includes, and whether it is worth it for a LinkedIn-first team.

How Much Does Loomly Cost Per Month?

Loomly is priced as a flat monthly fee per plan, in US dollars. The pricing page has a Monthly and Yearly toggle, with "Save 25%" shown next to the yearly option.

Prices checked October 2026 on Loomly's pricing page. All plans list unlimited calendars.

The yearly saving is real. On Starter, 12 months at $65 is $780, so paying yearly at $588 saves $192. On Beyond, 12 months at $332 is $3,984, so paying yearly at $2,988 saves $996. In both cases the yearly price is about 25% lower, which matches the label. The trade-off is commitment, covered in the billing section below.

Older articles and review sites list Loomly plans named Base, Standard, Advanced and Premium, with other prices and limits. Those names are out of date. The pricing page now shows Starter, Beyond and Enterprise only, so ignore any article that quotes the old tiers.

What Each Loomly Plan Includes

Starter ($65 a month, or $49 billed yearly)

Starter is the entry plan, and it is not a stripped-down one. It gives you 12 social accounts, 3 users and unlimited calendars. The key features listed are an AI Assistant chat, scheduling, approval workflows and roles, advanced analytics and link shorteners.

The comparison grid goes further. Starter includes direct publishing, recurring posts, bulk posting, best time to post, Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, Zapier, iOS and Android apps, an ideas board, post inspiration, a slideshow creator, a media editor, Canva export, Unsplash, Giphy and Google Drive upload. Engagement tools such as replying to interactions, saved replies and assigning conversations are also on it.

AI on Starter has limits. The grid says "Limited monthly usage" and caps social listening at 2 per month. Loomly does not say what a unit of AI usage is, so we cannot tell you how many posts it covers.

Beyond ($332 a month, or $249 billed yearly)

Beyond is marked "Most popular" and is built for larger setups. It gives you 60 social accounts, unlimited users and unlimited calendars. On top of Starter, the plan card lists custom branding, custom roles and workflows, a hashtag manager and calendar 2FA enforcement.

The grid also shows what Starter lacks: scheduled reports, a branded subdomain, a custom favicon, a custom logo and calendar 2FA enforcement are marked "Not included" on Starter and included on Beyond. AI usage moves from limited to "Extended monthly usage", and social listening goes from 2 to 5 per month.

One thing to know: the plan card lists custom roles and workflows, and the hashtag manager, as Beyond additions, but the comparison grid marks both as included on Starter. Loomly's own page contradicts itself here. If either one decides your purchase, confirm on the signup screen before you pay.

Enterprise (custom price)

Enterprise is for 61 or more social accounts, with unlimited users and unlimited calendars. It includes everything in Beyond plus priority support, and the page describes the pricing as "tailored to your business" with a Contact us button. There is no published number, so you need to ask.

Loomly Hidden Costs and Limits to Check

Loomly's list prices are straightforward, but a few limits decide what you actually pay.

  • The 3-user cap on Starter. Starter is flat-priced, which is generous for three people. The fourth user is where the price changes, because the only way to add users is Beyond.
  • The 12-account cap. Social accounts are a separate limit from users. A team with one brand on several networks can reach 12 accounts quickly. Check how Loomly counts a LinkedIn profile versus a company page before you assume they take one slot each.
  • The jump itself. There is no plan between Starter and Beyond. Going from 3 to 4 users, or from 12 to 13 accounts, moves you from $49 to $249 a month on yearly billing.
  • AI usage is not defined. "Limited" and "extended" monthly usage are the only descriptions. You cannot calculate a cost per post.
  • Social listening is capped. 2 per month on Starter, 5 on Beyond.
  • Yearly plans lock you in. The pricing page says you cannot terminate early on a yearly plan.
  • Sales tax may apply. It depends on your billing address, so the checkout total can exceed the list price.
  • Branding is a Beyond feature. If you want a branded subdomain, logo or favicon on the review pages your clients see, that is Beyond-only.

What Does Loomly Cost for Your Situation?

Here are the real entry prices for common buyers, using only the prices above.

A solo founder or one-person marketer (1 user, up to 12 accounts). Starter: $65 a month, or $49 a month billed yearly. That is $588 a year, or $780 if you pay monthly.

A team of three (3 users, up to 12 accounts). Still Starter. Yearly: $49 a month, which is $588 a year, or $196 per person per year ($588 divided by 3). Monthly: $65 a month, or $780 a year.

A team of four. The fourth user forces Beyond. Yearly: $249 a month, which is $2,988 a year. Compared with three users on Starter at $588, that is $2,988 minus $588 = $2,400 more per year, or $200 more per month ($249 minus $49). Per person, four users on Beyond is $747 a year ($2,988 divided by 4), versus $196 per person for three on Starter. On monthly billing, Beyond is $332 a month ($3,984 a year) against $65 a month ($780 a year), a difference of $3,204.

An agency with 5 clients. Suppose each client connects 3 social accounts. That is 15 accounts, which is over the Starter limit of 12, so you need Beyond: $249 a month on yearly billing, or $2,988 a year. Spread across five clients that is $597.60 per client per year ($2,988 divided by 5), or $49.80 per client per month.

An agency with 10 clients and 3 accounts each. That is 30 accounts, still within the 60 on Beyond. The cost is the same $2,988 a year, which works out to $298.80 per client per year, or $24.90 per client per month. Beyond has unlimited users, so more team members do not change the price. The limit to watch is 60 accounts: after that you are in Enterprise territory with a custom quote.

The pattern is that Loomly rewards you for filling a plan. Three users and a handful of accounts on Starter is good value for what the page lists. The same team with one extra user pays more than five times as much per month.

Can You Use Loomly for Free?

Loomly's pricing page does not list a permanent free plan. Its heading says "Get started for free", and the buttons say "Try for free" and "Start free trial". Under the trial button it says "No credit card required".

Some third-party sites describe a limited free plan and disagree with each other on the details. We cannot confirm any of that from Loomly's pricing page, so treat those claims as unverified. The pricing page does not state a trial length either. Older articles quote different trial lengths, so check the signup screen for the actual end date before you connect real accounts.

Billing, Tax, Upgrades and Cancellation

Here is what Loomly's pricing FAQ says.

  • Monthly billing is debited every month, so you are only committed for the month you paid and can stop at any time.
  • Yearly billing is charged upfront. You are committed for 12 months, and Loomly states you cannot terminate early. In return you get the 25% saving.
  • Upgrades can happen at any time. Loomly says the system takes your existing payment into account and calculates the correct pro-rata amount.
  • Downgrades only go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Tax may apply depending on your billing address.
  • Nonprofits can get a 50% lifetime discount by presenting a determination letter or an equivalent government-issued document.

One practical point: if you are not sure a team of three will stay at three, start monthly. The yearly saving on Starter is $192, but a yearly plan that you outgrow in month four leaves you locked into a plan you are about to upgrade from.

Loomly for Teams and Agencies

Loomly is built around the idea of a calendar that several people work in. The pricing page lists approval workflows and roles on Starter, Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, assigning conversations, and unlimited calendars on every plan. Beyond adds custom branding, custom roles and workflows, and calendar 2FA enforcement.

For agencies, the question is how Loomly separates clients. The page shows unlimited calendars, which should give you a place to keep each brand's content apart, and Beyond lets you brand the experience. What the pricing page does not say is how a client reviews and approves content, whether a client needs an account, or how roles are scoped per calendar. Ask for a walk-through of exactly that before you commit, because those answers decide whether Loomly feels like a client portal or like a shared internal tool.

For a LinkedIn-first team, check one more thing in the trial: the pricing grid lists replying to interactions, saved replies and assigning conversations, but it does not say how these work for each network. Open a real LinkedIn profile and company page in the trial and see what you can do with comments.

Loomly Review: What It Does Well

Loomly is a well-liked tool, and the reasons show up on the pricing page.

  • A simple calendar with approvals. Approval workflows and roles are on the entry plan, not locked behind the top tier.
  • Broad network coverage. Loomly's site lists integrations for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and Threads. If your team posts on several of those, one calendar is a real saving in effort.
  • Flat team pricing on Starter. Three users and 12 accounts for one price is easy to budget.
  • A wide feature list on the entry plan. Bulk posting, recurring posts, best time to post, link shorteners, Canva export, Slack, Teams, Zapier and mobile apps are all on Starter.
  • Plain pricing. Two priced plans, one toggle, and a pricing FAQ that answers the commitment and tax questions directly.
  • A nonprofit discount. 50% off for life is a meaningful offer for qualifying organizations.

Loomly is now operated by Bending Spoons.

Loomly Review: Where It Falls Short

These are the points that matter if your team is LinkedIn-first.

  • The jump from Starter to Beyond. There is nothing between $49 a month and $249 a month on yearly billing. A fourth user or a thirteenth account moves you to a plan costing more than five times as much.
  • The 3-user cap. Three people is small for an agency or a company with several executives posting. The cap is the main reason a growing team ends up on Beyond.
  • Generic AI. The pricing page lists an AI Assistant chat, post generation and AI captions. It does not say the AI learns each person's voice from their past writing or a knowledge base. For a team where five executives each need to sound like themselves, that is the question to test.
  • Carousels and infographics. The grid lists a slideshow creator, a media editor and Canva export. It does not say whether you can build branded LinkedIn document carousels or infographics inside Loomly. If carousels are central to your LinkedIn strategy, test that in the trial.
  • Engagement across profiles. Replying to interactions and saved replies are listed. How well they serve LinkedIn comments across several profiles is unclear from the page.
  • Undefined AI limits. "Limited" and "extended" usage mean you cannot predict when you will run out.
  • Self-contradicting plan details. Custom roles and the hashtag manager appear on both sides of the plan line. This is a small thing, but it is the kind of detail that gets people to the wrong plan.

Is Loomly Worth It in 2026?

It depends on who you are.

  • Solo founder or small business posting on several networks: Worth it if you want one calendar and an approval step. Starter at $49 a month billed yearly is a fair fit for what it lists.
  • Small team of up to three: Starter is the sweet spot, and the flat price is what makes it work. Plan for the day you add a fourth person.
  • LinkedIn-first B2B team of four or more: Be careful. You pay Beyond prices for a tool whose pricing page does not mention writing in each person's voice, a carousel editor, or LinkedIn-specific engagement. Test those three things before paying.
  • Agency: Worth a close look on Beyond if you manage many brands across many networks, since unlimited users and 60 accounts spread the cost. Ask how clients review and approve work, and whether they need a login.
  • Nonprofit: The 50% lifetime discount makes it worth a trial.

Run the trial like a test. Connect real accounts, run a week of posts through approval, and cancel before the trial ends if it does not earn its place.

When Postiv Is the Better Fit

Loomly is a good general calendar for teams that post across many networks. Postiv is built for LinkedIn-first teams and agencies, with X as a second channel, and focuses on making the content itself in each person's voice.

  • Writing in each person's voice. Bob, Postiv's AI content partner, plans the posting week with one idea per slot, tied to content pillars, sources and last week's results. It drafts posts and carousels in each LinkedIn profile's own writing style, using that profile's knowledge base. See content creation for posts, carousels, images and infographics on your brand, with an editor and no round trip to Canva.
  • Every profile in one workspace. Personal profiles and company pages sit together, with roles and approvers per profile and a Team Hub. See team management.
  • Client workspaces for agencies. Each client has a separate workspace with its own profiles, company pages, brand kit and writing styles. Clients review posts as they will look on LinkedIn through an approval link, with no Postiv account needed. See client workspaces for agencies.
  • Engagement. Every comment on every profile lands in one inbox, and a feed of people you want to reach lets you comment on their posts.
  • Official API, no automation tricks. Postiv publishes to LinkedIn personal profiles and company pages through LinkedIn's official API. There is no Chrome extension, no browser automation, and no automated connection requests or DMs.
  • MCP and API. A hosted LinkedIn MCP server works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code, and there is a public REST API.

If you need Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest or Google Business Profile in the same calendar, Loomly is the better pick. If your work is LinkedIn first, Start your 7-day free trial.
