Service Description

Postiv AI is an AI-powered platform for creating LinkedIn content, including posts and carousels. We provide tools for content creation, scheduling, and management.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Content Policy

You retain ownership of content you create. However, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for illegal activities, to create harmful or offensive content, to violate others' rights, or to circumvent our security measures.

Fair Use and Usage Limits

Our plans are designed for normal professional and agency use. All usage is subject to fair use, including features described as "unlimited".

Postiv AI is built on third-party AI models with underlying usage costs. Because we aim to give you access to the latest models, and their pricing and cost structures change over time, we reserve the right to set, change, or enforce usage limits on any feature at any time, without prior notice. This includes limits on AI content generation, scheduling volume, API requests, and storage. We may also introduce usage-based systems, such as credits or quotas, to manage usage in the future.

If your usage is excessive or unreasonable compared to typical use, or negatively affects the service for other customers, we may throttle your usage, apply limits to your account, or contact you about moving to a plan that fits your usage. In severe cases of abuse we may suspend or terminate your account.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
