Vista Social Pricing 2026: Plans, Add-Ons and an Honest Review

Vista Social pricing in 2026 comes down to three published plans: Professional at $99 a month, Advanced at $199 and Scale at $449, or $950, $1,910 and $4,310 a year when you pay yearly. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and Enterprise is custom. The part that changes the real total is the add-ons: X costs $29 a month, listening across web and news costs $75, and employee advocacy costs $199 once you go past the free tier.

We checked Vista Social's pricing page on October 19, 2026, and every price and limit below comes from it. Older articles, coupon pages and lifetime-deal listings quote different numbers, because Vista Social has changed its prices, so treat any older figure as out of date. If you are still choosing between tools, see our Vista Social alternatives guide. This page sticks to what Vista Social costs, what each plan includes and whether it is worth it.

How Much Does Vista Social Cost?

Vista Social is priced per plan, in US dollars, and each plan bundles a set number of social profiles and users. There is a yearly toggle on the pricing page labelled "save 20%". We checked the math, and it holds on all three plans.

Professional$99$950about $791521,000
Advanced$199$1,910about $1593032,000
Scale$449$4,310about $3597043,500

Prices checked October 2026. "Yearly, per month" is our own division of the yearly price by 12 ($950 / 12 = $79.17, $1,910 / 12 = $159.17, $4,310 / 12 = $359.17).

Paying yearly saves $238 on Professional ($99 x 12 = $1,188, minus $950), $478 on Advanced ($199 x 12 = $2,388, minus $1,910) and $1,078 on Scale ($449 x 12 = $5,388, minus $4,310). The step between plans is $100 a month from Professional to Advanced, and $250 a month from Advanced to Scale.

All plans include unlimited post scheduling. If you were searching for the Vista Social monthly price, those are the monthly numbers in the second column. The yearly column is a single upfront payment for the full term.

Professional ($99 a month): the entry plan

Professional is for individual professionals and small teams. It connects up to 15 social profiles with 2 users, and the pricing page lists the following:

  • Ask Vista and MCP, the AI command center and the connection for AI assistants
  • Planning and publishing tools, with a visual calendar, bulk scheduling and a post workflow for content that needs approval stages
  • Engagement tools, with one inbox for messages, comments and reviews
  • Reports, including scheduled reports
  • Listening on your own profiles and review tools
  • Vista Page, a link in bio and landing page tool
  • DM automations and project management through Vista Work

You get 1,000 AI credits a month, which Vista Social says you can spend on captions and replies, and room for 10,000 DM automation contacts. Support is by email.

Advanced ($199 a month): the plan most teams and agencies land on

Advanced raises the limits to 30 profiles and 3 users, and it adds the features that agencies usually ask about:

  • Advanced planning and workflows, including custom fields, smart scheduling and approval workflows for internal teams, outside teams and clients
  • Advanced reporting, with custom reports you can save
  • Zapier and Make integrations
  • Advanced DM automations, with room for 25,000 contacts
  • Advanced Vista Page features, such as custom domains
  • AI training and knowledge, so Vista can generate content and replies grounded in your own material
  • 2,000 AI credits a month
  • Review monitoring across more sites, and email plus video call support

Scale ($449 a month): white label and client profile connect

Scale is built for agencies managing many brands. It connects up to 70 profiles with 4 users. Vista Social says you can buy more profiles in increments of 10 and more users on top. It adds white label setup for reports and the dashboard, client profile connect (so customers can connect their own profiles), premium AI training and knowledge with escalations, guidance and a Zendesk integration, room for 100,000 DM automation contacts, and 3,500 AI credits a month.

Enterprise: custom

Enterprise has unlimited profiles, 8 or more users and unlimited AI credits. It adds sentiment detection, premium analytics with industry benchmarking, brand safety and compliance tools, a dedicated account manager, onboarding and training, custom integrations and quarterly account reviews. Data migration and single sign-on with SAML 2.0 are listed as Enterprise add-ons. You request a demo to get a price.

Add-Ons and Limits That Change the Real Total

The plan price is not always the final price. These are the items that move the total.

Add-onPriceWhat the page says
X (Twitter)$29 a monthPublishing, boosting, automations and analytics
Listening across social, web and news$75 a monthTracking your own profiles is free
Employee advocacy$199 a month for 25 employeesFree to try
Extra profiles and usersNot publishedListed as customizable

A few things to watch.

X is a paid add-on. If your team posts on X, add $29 a month to any plan. The pricing page does not say whether that is per profile or per account, so ask before you count on one flat fee.

Users are the tight limit. Professional includes 2 users and Advanced includes 3. A fourth person on an Advanced account means moving to Scale, which is $250 a month more, or buying an extra user at a price Vista Social does not publish. The page's FAQ section shows different user numbers than the comparison table, so confirm the count on the checkout screen.

Extra profiles and users are quoted, not listed. Vista Social marks both as customizable. For Scale, it says you can buy more profiles in increments of 10, but no price appears on the page.

AI credits are capped. 1,000, 2,000 and 3,500 credits a month cover captions and replies. The page does not say how many credits one caption or reply uses, so we cannot tell you how many posts a plan covers. Enterprise has unlimited credits.

AI training and knowledge starts on Advanced. If you want Vista to learn from your website and documents, Professional does not include it.

Listening is split. Listening on content from your own profiles is free. Listening across the wider web and news is the $75 add-on.

What Does Vista Social Cost for Your Situation?

Here are five real setups, using only the published prices.

One person with 6 profiles (1 user). Professional fits. $99 a month, or $950 a year. That is about $79 a month if you pay yearly.

A 3-person B2B team with 10 profiles. Professional has only 2 users, so you need Advanced: $199 a month, or $1,910 a year. If the team also posts on X, add $29: $199 + $29 = $228 a month. On the yearly plan, if X is billed at $29 for each of 12 months, the total is $1,910 + ($29 x 12 = $348) = $2,258 a year. The page does not say whether the X add-on gets a yearly discount.

An agency with 20 client profiles and up to 3 users. Advanced covers it, since 20 is under the 30-profile limit. $199 a month, or $1,910 a year. Adding X is +$29 a month.

The same agency with a 4th user. Advanced stops at 3 users, so you move to Scale: $449 a month, or $4,310 a year. That is $449 - $199 = $250 more a month, and $4,310 - $1,910 = $2,400 more a year. In exchange you get white label setup, client profile connect and up to 70 profiles.

An agency with 20 clients and 2 profiles each, so 40 profiles. That is over Advanced's 30 profiles. Scale at $449 a month or $4,310 a year covers up to 70 profiles. Staying on Advanced would mean buying extra profiles at a price you would have to request.

All the add-ons on top. On Advanced, X plus listening plus employee advocacy comes to $199 + $29 + $75 + $199 = $502 a month. On Scale, $449 + $29 + $75 + $199 = $752 a month. Most teams will not need all three, but this is the ceiling before any custom quote.

Free Plan, Free Trial and Billing

There is no permanent free plan on the pricing page. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, on Professional, Advanced and Scale. You can subscribe monthly or yearly during the trial or after it ends, and you can switch between plans later.

Billing works like this:

  • Monthly gives you month-to-month flexibility at a higher cost per month.
  • Yearly is one upfront payment for the whole term. Vista Social's FAQ says multi-payment options are not eligible for the same discount.
  • Nonprofits in the US can ask about special pricing on Professional and Advanced.

Treat the 14 days as a real test. Connect your actual profiles, schedule real posts, send one post through the approval flow and check how many users you really need before you choose yearly.

Vista Social for Agencies and Teams

The pricing page positions Scale for agencies, and Advanced for "teams and agencies." What agencies get on the plans themselves:

  • Approvals. Professional has a post workflow for approval stages, and Advanced adds approval workflows for internal teams, outside teams and clients. The page does not say whether outside reviewers need a Vista login.
  • White label. Reports and the dashboard can carry your branding on Scale.
  • Client profile connect. Clients can connect their own profiles on Scale.
  • Roles and permissions. The pricing page says you can assign permissions and create custom roles on every plan.
  • Support and training. Professional has email support and group training. Advanced and Scale add video calls.

Per-plan user caps are the main planning question for an agency. Four users is the ceiling before Enterprise, so a growing team will hit the cap on Scale.

How Does Vista Social Work?

In practice, you connect profiles from the networks Vista Social lists, which include LinkedIn profiles and company pages alongside Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok and others. From there you plan content on a calendar, schedule it, route it through approvals if you use them, and handle replies in one inbox. Reports and listening sit next to it. Ask Vista is the newer layer on top: an AI command center and MCP connection for working with the tool through AI assistants.

Vista Social Review: What It Does Well

  • Many networks in one tool. The pricing page shows a long list of networks on every plan. For a team that runs Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn together, one subscription is a real advantage.
  • Unlimited scheduling. Post scheduling is unlimited on every plan, with a calendar, bulk scheduling and drafts.
  • Agency features at Scale. White label and client profile connect are on the pricing page for agencies, not hidden behind Enterprise.
  • A broad product. Inbox, reviews, listening, DM automations, link in bio and project management are in the same account.
  • Connectivity. MCP is on every plan, and Zapier and Make start on Advanced.
  • Trial without a card. 14 days, no credit card required.

Vista Social Review: Where It Falls Short

  • Few users per plan. 2 users on a $99 plan and 3 on a $199 plan is tight for a team. Extra users are quoted separately.
  • Add-ons are separate charges. X, wider listening and employee advocacy each add to the bill.
  • Unpublished extras. Extra profiles, extra users and per-action credit costs have no public price or rule on the page.
  • AI knowledge starts at Advanced. The entry plan has AI credits but not AI training.
  • The page contradicts itself on users. The comparison table and the FAQ do not agree, so you have to confirm at checkout.
  • Breadth over depth for LinkedIn. Vista Social covers LinkedIn profiles and company pages as one network among many. The pricing page does not describe a carousel editor, a per-profile writing style or a content plan built around LinkedIn pillars. That is a point about focus, not a flaw, if LinkedIn is only part of your mix.

Is Vista Social Worth It in 2026?

It depends on who you are.

  • Social media manager across many networks: Worth testing. One tool for scheduling, inbox, reviews and reports across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn is what Vista Social is built for.
  • Small team of 3 on a few profiles: Advanced at $199 a month is the real entry point, since Professional has only 2 users. Check whether you need AI training before you pay for the higher tier.
  • Agency with 10 to 30 clients across several networks: A good fit, especially if you want white label reports. Work out your user count first, because it decides between Advanced and Scale.
  • LinkedIn-first B2B team or founder-led brand: Check how much of Vista Social's breadth you would use. If most of your posting is on LinkedIn, you may be paying for networks and tools you do not touch.
  • Brand that needs listening, reputation and customer care in one place: Vista Social is a stronger match than most LinkedIn tools, thanks to listening, review monitoring and sentiment features on Enterprise.

When Postiv Is the Better Fit

Vista Social is a capable multi-network suite with white label reports and an MCP connection. Postiv is built for LinkedIn-first teams and agencies that want content written in each person's own voice, with the workflow around it. LinkedIn is the core, with X as a second channel. For a side-by-side view, see Postiv vs Vista Social.

  • Content in each person's voice. Bob, Postiv's AI content partner, plans the posting week, one idea per slot, tied to content pillars, sources and last week's results. It drafts posts and carousels in each LinkedIn profile's own writing style, using a knowledge base built from your website, documents, YouTube, Notion and newsletters.
  • A carousel and infographic editor. Posts, carousels, images and infographics are made on your brand inside Postiv, with an editor, so there is no round trip to another design tool.
  • Client workspaces and approval links. Each client gets a separate workspace with its own profiles, company pages, brand kit and writing styles. Clients review each post as it will look on LinkedIn through an approval link, with no Postiv account needed. See client workspaces for agencies and the wider agencies page.
  • Engagement on both sides. One inbox covers every comment on every profile, and a feed of the people you want to reach lets you comment on their posts. If team engagement is the reason you looked at an advocacy add-on, see employee advocacy.
  • Official API, no automation shortcuts. Postiv publishes to personal profiles and company pages through LinkedIn's official API, with no Chrome extension, browser automation, or automated connection requests and DMs. A hosted LinkedIn MCP server works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code, and there is a public REST API.
