How Lovable’s team shows up on LinkedIn every single day

One of the fastest-growing startups in the world also runs one of the most active teams on LinkedIn. Nine people, 580K+ combined followers, two genuine Top Voices, and a build-in-public habit that never stops. Here’s how it’s built.

Inside Lovable’s LinkedIn strategy
💡

The short version

  • 9 people, 580K+ combined followers, posting at rocketship speed.
  • Two genuine LinkedIn Top Voices: Elena Verna (223K) and Anton Osika (184K).
  • The founders and senior leaders post 2-3x a week, consistently, not in bursts.
  • It isn’t just the megastars: community, customer success and GTM all show up in their own lanes.
  • “Build something Lovable” runs through every profile, a shared identity with no forced script.

The fastest-growing startup posts like it

Lovable went from launch to one of the most talked-about companies in tech in record time. Open LinkedIn and you’ll see why: their team is everywhere, every day, in a way most startups never manage even with a head start.

Part of it is sheer star power. Elena Verna is one of the most-followed growth practitioners on the planet, and Anton Osika built GPT Engineer before Lovable. But the more useful lesson is breadth and consistency. Design, community, customer success and GTM all post in their own voice, on their own beat, several times a week.

We looked at the nine most active people to map who covers what, how often they post, and what a team running this hot actually looks like.

Methodology. Public LinkedIn activity, follower counts and posting cadence for the nine profiles below, captured June 2026.

It isn’t one viral founder. It’s nine people building in public, every week, each in their own lane.

Anton Osika

The build-in-public founder.

Anton built GPT Engineer before Lovable, and he’s now the company’s main public face. He posts about three times a week, almost all of it about empowering anyone to create, and roughly two-thirds is original writing rather than reposts.

He’s a genuine LinkedIn Top Voice. When the founder posts the mission this consistently, the whole company inherits the reach.

📌 Steal this: A founder posting the mission 3× a week, in their own words, is the single highest-leverage habit on this whole list.

Elena Verna

The growth icon.

Elena is one of the most-followed growth practitioners in the world, with a career across Dropbox, Miro and Amplitude before Lovable. She posts ~3× a week, mostly original, to an audience of operators who hang on her every framework.

She’s the clearest proof that one senior hire can move your entire LinkedIn presence. Her 223K followers became part of Lovable’s reach the day she joined.

📌 Steal this: One credible heavyweight who already posts is worth more than a dozen reluctant employees. Recruit for the audience, not just the role.
03 · Design / Co-founder · 102,492 followers

Felix Haas

View LinkedIn profile ↗

The design voice and scout.

Felix covers design and the craft of building AI products, and he’s also a Sequoia Scout and angel investor with a Harvard background. He’s the most consistently original poster on the team (93% original) at about twice a week.

He created the “Mastering Lovable Playbook,” turning his own posting into a resource the community shares. A second founder-level voice doubles the company’s surface area.

📌 Steal this: Don’t rely on a single founder. A second senior voice in a different domain (design, product) reaches a whole separate audience.

Fabian Hedin

The founding GTM voice.

Fabian is on the founding GTM team and posts product milestones from inside the build. His cadence has picked up over the last 90 days as the company has scaled.

He shares the “building the last piece of software” identity that runs through the early team, a quiet consistency that keeps Lovable in the GTM conversation.

📌 Steal this: Early GTM hires should post milestones as they happen. It’s free proof of momentum for everyone watching.
05 · Head of Marketing · 10,445 followers

Cecilia Stallsmith

The brand builder.

Forbes 30 Under 30, Cecilia joined mid-2025 (first as a consultant, then full-time) and launched Lovable’s first brand campaign. Her posting has ramped sharply, from near-zero to almost one post a week in the last 90 days.

She’s building, in her words, “the world’s most ambitious and daring marketing team,” and she posts like it.

📌 Steal this: A marketing leader who posts in public sets the tone for the rest of the team to follow.

Customer wins as social proof.

Monica leads customer success and turns real customer outcomes into public proof. When the person closest to the customers posts their wins, it lands as evidence, not marketing.

It’s a lane most companies leave empty. The customer-facing voice reaches buyers who trust peers over pitches.

📌 Steal this: Put your customer-success lead on LinkedIn. Real customer wins from a real CS person are the most credible proof you have.
07 · Community Leader · 10,694 followers

Whitney Menarcheck

View LinkedIn profile ↗

The community heart.

Whitney runs community and built #SheBuildsOnLovable. A former licensed counselor who pivoted to tech, she posts under the banner “Tech with a Heartbeat,” at around twice a week.

She reaches the builders and the underrepresented makers the product voices don’t, and she makes the company feel human.

📌 Steal this: A community voice with a genuine point of view (and a hashtag people want to join) builds belonging the product team can’t.

Maximilian Keil

The GTM coach.

Based in Spain, with Deel and HubSpot behind him, Maximilian leads GTM and coaches reps in public. His posting has ramped over the last 90 days as he settles into the role.

He reaches the European sales crowd and brings playbook credibility from two of the best GTM teams in the business.

📌 Steal this: Hire GTM leaders who already know how to post, and let them keep coaching in public. Their old audience comes with them.

Ludvig Widmark

View LinkedIn profile ↗

The teenage builder.

Ludvig joined Lovable at 19, having dropped out at 15 to build with AI. He’s active across LinkedIn, X and TikTok under the “20 y/o building the last piece of software” banner.

His story is its own content. A young, all-in builder makes the company feel like the place where the next generation wants to be.

📌 Steal this: Your most junior, most online builders are an asset. Their authenticity reaches an audience the execs never will.

Steal the system

Lovable has rocket fuel most teams don’t. But the mechanics underneath are copyable at any size.

1

Get the founders posting, weekly

Anton and Felix post 2-3x a week in their own words. Founder consistency is the highest-leverage habit on this list.

2

Recruit for the audience

Elena Verna brought 220K growth followers on day one. One senior hire who already posts can change your whole presence.

3

Cover every lane, not just the founders

Design, community, customer success, GTM, even a 19-year-old builder. Each reaches people the others can’t.

4

Give everyone a shared thread

“Build something Lovable” runs through every profile. A shared identity, no forced script, ties the voices together.
