Log in to Postiv (there is no password)

Postiv signs you in with a one-time email code, Google or Microsoft, so there is no password to reset.

Postiv does not use passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google or Microsoft account. That also means there is no "forgot password" step: if you can open your inbox, you can get in.

Sign in with an email code

  1. Go to postiv.ai/auth/login.
  2. Type your work email and click Continue with email.
  3. Open the email from Postiv. On the Enter your login code screen, type the 6-digit code and click Verify code.

You land in your workspace. The code works once, so request a new one if you need to sign in again.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

On the login page, click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft and pick your account. Use the same email every time: a different email address is a different Postiv account.

The code doesn't arrive

  1. Wait a minute, then check your spam or promotions folder.
  2. Make sure you typed the email you signed up with.
  3. Click Resend code on the code screen and use the newest code.

Common questions

How do I reset my password?

You don't need to. Postiv has no password, so request a fresh login code instead, or use Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.

Is my LinkedIn password stored in Postiv?

No. Connecting LinkedIn happens on LinkedIn's own page, and Postiv never sees your LinkedIn password. See Security and privacy.

I can't get in at all

Email carolina@postiv.ai from the address you signed up with, and say which sign-in method you tried.
