Home and your weekly plan
Use Home to see your weekly progress, ask Bob for help and turn his content ideas into posts.

Home is Bob's weekly plan. It shows how your week is going, gives you a box to ask Bob anything and lays out the content ideas he has prepared from your pillars and what is trending. Open it any time you are not sure what to post.
What you see on Home
From top to bottom:
- Greeting and status line: a short line such as "2 more posts to fill your week" or, with several profiles, "0 of 2 profiles have their week covered. 6 more posts to plan." It ends with a link to your next step, for example browsing ideas. When Home shows another week, the line starts with "Week of Oct 5:".
- Profile picker: choose which LinkedIn profile you are looking at. All profiles appears when you have more than one.
- Ask Bob: a message box that starts a new chat.
- Team brief: appears only when an admin has asked you for a post. See Team Hub.
- Weekly progress: for each profile, how many posts are scheduled and posted this week, with a progress bar and your goal.
- Content ideas based on your profiles: the idea cards.
- Content pillars: your recurring themes, with a Work on this pillar link on each one.
- Knowledge and Foundation shortcuts at the bottom.
New accounts also see a Your setup checklist at the top until the setup steps are done. See Create and schedule your first post.
Turn an idea into a post
Each idea card shows the content pillar it belongs to, a headline and a button.
- Scroll to Content ideas based on your profiles and pick a card. If the card has a small info icon (View source details), click it to see where the idea came from.
- Click Create post. A chat opens with the idea attached as a card.
- Click Create from plan to let Bob write it as planned, or Unique angle to ask for a more original take. You can also type your own instructions.
- Review the draft in the editor next to the chat, then schedule it.
The card updates as you go. The button changes from Create post to Open draft once a draft exists and to View schedule once it is scheduled. The badge changes to Draft ready, Scheduled or Published. If a card says Choose from 3 alternative angles, click it to swap to a different take on the same idea. Ideas you tell Bob to skip show as Declined.
Ideas do not expire. If you did not get to an idea last week, it is still there.
Ask Bob from Home
Type in the Ask Bob box and press Enter, or press Shift and Enter for a new line. Click Add image to attach a picture. The suggested prompts under the box, such as "Turn one of these ideas into a post", send straight away when clicked.
Set your weekly goal
Your weekly goal is how many posts you aim to publish each week.
- In Weekly progress, click the goal chip next to your name. It reads something like 3 posts, or Not set.
- You land on Foundation, at Weekly Publishing Goal. Pick the days you want to post.
- Check the line "Your goal: N posts per week". Your choice saves automatically and applies from next week. Below it you can also set your Posting time.
Use the arrows next to the week label to look at last week or next week.
See all ideas
When Bob has prepared more than 12 ideas, a See all ideas button appears below the cards. The All ideas page lists every idea and lets you filter by pillar with All pillars.
Tips
- Drop quick thoughts on the Scratchpad during the week. Bob uses them when he plans.
- Switch the profile picker to a single profile to see its Content pillars. They are hidden when All profiles is selected.
Common questions
Why is Home empty? I do not see any ideas.
Bob starts preparing weekly ideas once three things are in place: a LinkedIn profile is connected, your organization Foundation has some details, and you have added at least one source in Knowledge. Then he adds new ideas each week.
How do I skip an idea?
Tell Bob in a chat, for example "skip the pricing idea, it is not relevant." The card is marked Declined.
Where do I change my content pillars?
Click Manage pillars next to Content pillars, or open Foundation. Bob can also help you define them in a chat.
What does Weekly progress count?
It shows posts scheduled this week and posts that are already live, so you can see how close you are to your goal.
