What is Postiv?

A short tour of Postiv, the LinkedIn content workspace with an AI agent called Bob, and how its pieces fit together.

Postiv is a LinkedIn content workspace. You plan, write and schedule posts, carousels and infographics in one place, with an AI agent called Bob doing the heavy lifting. Bob writes in your voice, using your own knowledge and your own results, so what you publish sounds like you and brings in clients, not just likes.

Postiv is built for inbound content. It helps you show up consistently on LinkedIn. It does not do outreach, cold DMs or automatic connection requests.

How the pieces fit together

Postiv works as a weekly loop.

You teach Bob who you are. Your Foundation holds your voice, audience and content pillars. Knowledge holds the material Bob learns from: your website, newsletters, YouTube videos, documents and past LinkedIn posts.
Bob prepares ideas. Each week he tops up your Home page with ideas based on your pillars, your knowledge and what is trending.
You work with Bob in a chat. Pick an idea or ask for something new. Bob drafts a post, carousel or infographic, and you edit it until it is right.
You schedule it. Posts publish to LinkedIn at the time you choose.
Bob learns from the results. Analytics shows what worked, and that feeds into the next round of ideas.

It does not send outreach messages, DMs or connection requests, and it does not scrape leads.
It does not create or edit video.
It never publishes anything you have not scheduled or approved.

Common questions

Do I need a LinkedIn account connected to use Postiv?

You can explore the app and chat with Bob first, but to publish, track analytics and use Knowledge and Foundation, you need to connect LinkedIn. Those two pages stay greyed out until a profile is connected.

Is it safe to connect my LinkedIn account?

Postiv connects through LinkedIn's official sign-in. It never asks for your LinkedIn password, and you can revoke access from LinkedIn at any time.

Can more than one person use the same workspace?

Yes. Invite teammates to your workspace and each person connects their own LinkedIn profile. See Invite members and manage seats.
