List team engagements

Lists queued teammate likes, comments, reshares, reposts, quotes and Slack shares for one Postiv post (LinkedIn or X), together with eligible acting accounts and workspace Slack channels. Optionally narrowed to one acting account or channel.

Authorization

Requires an organization API key with the engage:read scope, sent as Authorization: Bearer or x-api-key.

Postiv post UUID whose team engagements should be listed.

channelstring

Optional. Must be the post's channel; a different one returns 400 channel_mismatch.

Optional. Narrow to one acting account (LinkedIn profile/page, or X account for an X post). It must be on the post's channel; only that account's profiles and engagements are returned and Slack shares are omitted.

engagements[]array

Queued items with id, postId, action (like/comment/repost/slack), message, delayMinutes, status, dueAt, lastError, providerResultId, and canCancel.

profiles[]array

Eligible acting profiles (LinkedIn) or X accounts (X posts): id, channel, name, and ready.

channelstring

Channel of the post. X posts support repost, quote and Slack shares.

unavailable[]array

X posts only: teammates and accounts that cannot repost or quote, each with name and reason. A teammate with no X account reads no X account connected; an X account that requires approval also carries id and code x_share_requires_approval, and its profiles[] row has ready false.

channels[]array

Workspace Slack channels: id, name, and isPrivate.

slackErrorstring|null

Human-readable channel-loading warning, when Slack could not be read.

Errors

400	postId is not a UUID, or invalid_channel: channel is not linkedin or x
400	channel_mismatch: channel, or the channel of integrationId, differs from the post's channel
404	Post not found in this workspace / integration_not_found: integrationId is not an account in this workspace

Good to know

Requires engage:read. The endpoint returns empty channels for non-admin members or when Slack is not connected. With integrationId, engagements and profiles are limited to that acting account and Slack shares are omitted.
